This is the Voice!! What an iconic introduction into a show that highlights the talent of many people from around the world!?!?

For those who don't know of the Voice, The voice is a show where America's best undiscovered talent go head to head on teams by four of today's biggest musical icons! These musical icons mentor these inspiring singers in search of the next amazing voice. They've had judges such as Jennifer Hudson, Usher, Christiana Aguilera and Blake Shelton just to name a few. The Voice is an amazing show and they know how to successfully meet the wants and needs of the target audience. The Voice meets the wants and needs of their target audience and this was done successfully by putting the voting in the hands of the people across the world. Most entertainment shows have three or four judges where they decide who advances to the next round and so on. The Voice is a unique show that every year they continue to advance their show and by putting the voting in the hands of the people, this will promote the target audience to be more involved and more engaged with the results of their favorite artist and continue to tune in every time The Voice is on. Another thing that was done successfully is The Voice engaging with their fans using social media. Social media has taken over our world and companies all across the world have to tie in social media influence when it comes to their overall marketing campaign. Now The Voice is just a show yes but it's very important for them to find new and effective ways to engage with their fans to continue to bring them back wanting more. The Voice's goal is to make their target audience feel connected and as they are truly apart of the show. The Voice will continue to shine as long as they do what they have been doing to reach their target audience and make them feel engaged week in and week out.

The social and consumer experience was addressed by engaging with the fans more on social media. Creating hashtags for the fans to keep up with the show and feel apart of the deciding factor for the voting process was a great idea for the show to take on. The Voice wants their target audience to feel important and always engaged with every show. The Voice addressed the social and consumer experience by also using top singers to influence the show and utilize them to interact with the fans more. Engaging with your target audience is the most important thing you can do as a business, a show or even a sports team because at the end of the day, your consumer's experience is what will make or break your business.

The Voice handled the digital media followers by engaging with them on all social media platforms and creating content that was directed to engage the fans with the show and feel their voice mattered! A prime example is the hashtags that The Voice created. Two hashtags that stand out to me were #Behindthevoice and #Voiceyourfreedom. #Behindthevoice was a full social experience that was intended to bring fans behind the scenes of every step of the artists' journey all season with intimate photography, videos, GIFs and pre-show events. This engagement with the digital media followers brings the fans closer to their favorite artist and brings the excitement level to every show. #Voiceyourfreedom was created to promote freedom. Pharrell Williams worked closely with the digital media marketing team during his live performance of the song "Freedom". His performance was both sung and performed in sign language. The official Voice handle and the artists on the show posted videos of them signing the word for freedom and encouraged fans to also do the sign and explain what freedom meant to them in their communities. The overall engagement on social media allowed for the fans to feel engaged in every thing The Voice did and thus is how The Voice handled the digital media followers.

I don't believe there could have been anything done differently to make this experience more efficient. The Voice checks every box on the checklist when it comes to creating a top tier show as well as engaging with their fans both in person and digitally. The best advice I would have for The Voice is to continue looking ahead at the hottest trends, social media pushes of support around real issues in the world and just new and efficient ways to engage with the fans and enhance the show. How can the fans feel more engaged with the show? What can we do differently that helps us stand out? I love The Voice and other entertainment shows need to pay attention!

Overall, The Voice is effectively engaging with the fans during their live shows. I've watched past seasons and this season of course! Every time I see The Voice engaging with their fans during live voting and even giving the fans the option to vote! This is so cool in my opinion because the fans can feel like their voice really does matter and it's a nice way to create a connection on social media as well. Speaking of social media, The Voice continues to create a divide from their engagement on social media compared to other shows. I'm constantly seeing tweets from the judges being positive and encouraging about their team and pushing for the votes! There are always links every second you scroll for voting along side trending hashtags where fans can click to keep up to date with what is going on with the show. Ethical engagements in social media are helping with effectiveness for The Voice by again, creating that level of creativity and engagement with the fans to follow along and feel apart of the show. Fans all around the world tune into The Voice and to see that their voice matters and can follow a simple hashtag or link on their social media pages for their fans to vote is tremendous and truly puts them at another level! I love The Voice!
